▲High-Speed and High-Quality Printing：High-power servo direct drive the central impression cylinder and plate cylinder.Ultra-high resolution encoder, Nano-level precision positioning.
▲Stable Mechanical Structure：The operation side and transmission side of the plate roller core shaft and the mesh roller core shaft both adopt the mode of upper and lower double guide rails supporting the core shaft bearing housing. Under the state of high speed and large-sized plate rollers, it has less vibration and is more stable than the structure of traditional satellite machines with only lower support.
▲Energy-Efficient Drying System：We have optimized the design of the air knives in the drying chamber to maximize heat circulation. All blowers in the system are equipped with variable frequency drive (VFD) control,and the air volume regulating valves feature electric adjustment,integrated into the PLC program control.Adopting a "high airspeed,constant temperature,low heat"control strategy,we have extended the inter-color drying zones and centralized drying tunnel to reduce drying temperatures, minimizing paper shrinkage.This approach ensures effective drying while achieving energy savings and reduced consumption.
▲LUNA-CI printing machines have structural advantages, with minimal web shrinkage in ultra-wide printing, achieving higher registration accuracy (±0.05mm) than unit-type machines, resulting in more refined prints.
