Equipment Overview
The sheet separating machine consists of three functional modules: the feeding mechanism, the sheet separating unit, and the feeding/discharging mechanism.
- The feeding mechanism adopts a quick-insert structure with hollow seamless rollers, driven by a servo motor.
- The sheet separating unit adopts an upper and lower shear wheel extrusion method, driven by a variable frequency drive.
- The feeding/discharging mechanism adopts a quick-insert structure with hollow seamless rollers, driven by a hybrid variable frequency and servo drive system.
Key Equipment Indicators
★ The sheet separating unit is capable of shearing and separating large ticket packs of the following specifications along their longitudinal ridges: 4×4, 4×5, 4×6, 3×4, 3×5, and 3×6. It ensures normal shearing and separation for products with a minimum thickness of 3 mm and a maximum thickness of 35 mm.
★ The motor speed of the sheet separating unit can be adjusted via a frequency converter or servo controller, with a maximum speed of 45 meters per minute, or matched to the packaging line speed of 120 packs per minute.
Customizable production line, which can form a complete production line in conjunction with packaging, heat shrinking, waste rejection, carton opening, carton packing, carton sealing, palletizing, wrapping and other equipment.
