Printing machines often encounter various problems during use, such as frequent damage to parts and frequent electrical malfunctions. Some people say that the machine is too old. Of course, the old machine is an objective reason, but does the new machine not malfunction? Some printing factories have more new machine failures than old ones. Objectively speaking, the usage and failure rate of the machine include the following factors: manufacturing quality, installation and debugging, maintenance status, reasonable operation, and most importantly, maintenance quality. The quality of a machine objectively exists at the time of delivery, whether it is a new or old machine, installation and debugging are the first hurdle.
Generally, new machines are installed and debugged before leaving the factory, undergo quality inspection, and then undergo separate packaging and transportation. Not only is it a matter of level and reasonable installation, but there is also an issue of inspection and correction. This is even more true for old machines. As for maintenance and use, I won't say much. I just want to talk about the quality of maintenance:
Maintenance is not just about disassembly and assembly. It is not only about finding the cause of the malfunction, but also about identifying other issues that may arise as a result.
Printing machines have strict time coordination, assembly tolerances, and adjustment values. Busy disassembly and excessive adjustment are the main reasons for accelerated wear and repeated failures of the machine.
The procurement and processing quality of spare parts does not necessarily require the use of original parts for all components and electrical components. The cost of original parts is high, and the procurement cycle is long. Except for special or critical parts, most of the other parts and electrical components can be substituted, as long as the processing technology and component characteristics of the parts are understood.
In addition to natural damage to the machine, circuit faults are mainly hidden faults derived from careless disassembly and installation, or the failure to locate the machine and human factors that caused the circuit faults.
