Anilox roller cleaning machine

DETAIL
The anilox roller ultrasonic cleaning machine is a branch of the ultrasonic cleaning machine family. In flexographic printing, the anilox roller evenly transfers a certain amount of ink to the printing plate, and the mesh holes are inevitably blocked by ink, paper coating, paper wool, or other dirt, which affects the quality of printing and the normal use of the anilox roller. Therefore, timely cleaning is necessary.
1、 The frequency of the ultrasonic cleaning machine should be within the range recommended by the manufacturer, and the best frequency obtained through multiple trials should be used for cleaning. The higher the ultrasonic frequency, the smaller the volume and weaker the strength of the bubbles in the liquid. It is generally recommended to use a frequency of 40KHz. At this frequency, the smallest bubbles will be generated to go deep into the mesh hole for cleaning. However, due to the different properties of the mesh roller and the design of the ultrasonic cleaning machine, this frequency recommended value is for reference only.
2、 The temperature of the cleaning agent also affects the cleaning quality. If the temperature is high, the viscosity of the cleaning agent will be low, and the amount of bubbles in the liquid will increase, thereby increasing the ability of ultrasonic cleaning. The temperature of the cleaning agent should generally be controlled between 40~60 ℃, and the cleaning agent must be a special ultrasonic cleaning agent.
3、 The time control of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is very important because the longer the ultrasonic emission time, the more likely it is to damage the surface of the anilox roller and the wall of the anilox hole. At present, many ultrasonic cleaning machines in Europe and America have pre-treatment systems. Generally speaking, the safe cleaning time to ensure no damage to the anilox roller does not exceed 5 minutes. In actual operation, adjustments need to be made according to different anilox rollers.
4、 The essence of ultrasonic cleaning is not achieved through vibration, as vibration is only an inevitable by-product generated by the transducer during operation; The higher the quality density of the cleaned object, the more co vibration it will have, so as long as there are no defects in the object, general micro vibration will not have any consequences. However, ceramic anilox rollers belong to high-density and brittle items. If there are damaged and cracked areas, co vibration can easily expand them (metal rollers do not have this situation), so it is necessary to carefully check before cleaning. However, ceramic mesh rollers with cracks themselves belong to damaged mesh rollers. Even if ultrasonic cleaning machines are not used to clean them using other methods during use, it is extremely easy to worsen the degree of damage, just like porcelain bowls with cracks that are easily damaged.
